Holly Rotach - President, CPA – President

Holly Rotach is the President and a Founding Partner of Full Circle Accounting.  Holly has over 20 years of experience in accounting and has been focused on property management accounting since 2015.  She started her accounting career in manufacturing with Faribault Foods quickly rising from general accountant to corporate accounting manager.  She enjoys being able to make a difference by helping bring order and process to the accounting function.  She then brought these skills to commodity trading at Cargill helping the company successfully manage record growth.

In 2007, Holly and her family moved to Colorado where she began working in the software as a service industry with The Breakaway Group.  She was able to use her experience to help establish an accounting department that provided reliable information to company decision makers.  Through it all one thing stands out, her desire to help companies develop a solid accounting junction to help them reach their goals.  Holly is a member of the Denver chapter of NARPM, the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.  When she is not busy working on numbers you will likely run into Holly outside on her bike or hiking and skiing with her family.

Teresa Wessling - CFO

Teresa Wessling is the CFO and a Founding Partner of Full Circle Accounting. Teresa has over 16 years of accounting experience. She started her accounting career at Wiechelman & Associates in Cerritos, CA focusing on preparing general ledgers and financial reports. She also prepared quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and 1099 documents. In 1995 her family moved to Harrisburg South Dakota to be closer to family. Soon after she started work at First National Bank in Sioux Falls as a proof operator. She transferred to the trust department to work with Retirement plans.

As a retirement plan specialist, she received contributions from companies and allocate them to the correct participants and investments, write distribution checks, prepare year end 1099’s, answer questions from participants, prepare quarterly participant statements and year end compliance testing. In 2000 she moved to Wells Fargo to work in the Retirement Plan department where she worked as a retirement plan specialist. In 2002 she made the decision to go back to school to obtain her bachelor’s degree in accounting. While going to school she worked part-time at Heartland Paper Company in the accounting department. In 2006 she started work at Henry Scholten & Co a public accounting firm that merged with Eide Bailly LLP. She performed audits of non-profit organizations, financial institutions, retirement plans and SOC 1 exams.  On her time off you will find Teresa enjoying a good book, camping and being with family.
